Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation policy applies to all courses and programs offered by Prerna ITI. The following terms govern cancellations:

1. Cancellations made within 15 days of enrollment are eligible for a full refund.
2. Cancellations made after the specified period are subject to a cancellation fee declared as per the management.
3. No refunds will be provided for cancellations made after the course has commenced.

Refund Policy

Our refund policy outlines the conditions under which refunds will be provided:

1. Refunds will be issued within 15 days of cancellation only in the case of technical glitch
2. Refunds will be processed through the original mode of payment.

Please note that Prerna ITI reserves the right to modify the cancellation and refund policy at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review this policy periodically for changes.
